Ok so here is the business side of beauty. Your time is valuable and so is ours. Life gets crazy and sh*t happens but with good communication we can all be happy!
Like most salons these days all appointments require a credit card to book. If you need to cancel please give us two days so that means before 48 hours, no fee will be charged. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged $15 and potentially up to full price of your service appointment cancellation fee depending on the situation. If you fail to show up to your appointment without cancelling in advance, you will be charged the full amount for the Services, plus an additional gratuity fee of 18%. All of this can be avoided if you keep us in the loop. We work so hard to make everyone’s beauty wishes come true and with your help that can happen.
